Day 15! --- WOW That went fast!

I'm at 9 lbs of weight loss! Yeah me!!

Portion control, less snacking and the Wii Fit is working!

I want to loose another 10 lbs by next Friday...I'll be happy with 5!

Great loss! That's quite a lot for just 15 days - you are actually eating something aren't you - and your portions are human portions not mouse portions?

What are you doing on the Wii and for how long?

I don't use the Wii Fit every night, I should, but, well, 3 kids...that should explain it. LOL

I do the step aerobics for a good 15 mins...then I'll do either running or play around on the other things ... I try at least 20 mins. if not, 30.

I like the step aerobics too - although i do a lot of arm moves too. I love step aerobics in the gym and have my own step but never seem to get round to using it.

Infact I have enough equipment to set up my own gym - if I had a room to use - most of it is tucked away under the bed.
